Sweet bread making is not the only one in this unit but you are able to learn making European bread and French bread. In addition, you will learn crispy with a layering texture pastry plus a different style of making which will bring a very high attraction and of course other types of bread. Different ways of making determine the texture of bread and croissant and you will experience it.
