3rd Lesson – French Sweet Potato Dessert, Mango Mousse Dessert
4th Lesson – Japanese Crispy Cream Puff.
5th Lesson – Tuna Croissant, Custard Danish, Cheese Stick Danish
6th Lesson – French Fruit Tart, Hokkaido Cheese Tart
7th Lesson – Pizza Bun, Red Bean Bun, Chocolate Bun, Butter Milk Bun and Sausage Bun
8th Lesson – Sardine Pie, Crispy Egg Tart and Apple Pie
9th Lesson – Ciabatta Bread and French Loaf
10th Lesson – Butter Raisin Loaf and Sandwich Loaf
