1^st Lesson – Japanese Cheesecake, Chocolate & Berry Glaze.

2^nd Lesson – Tiramisu

3^rd Lesson – French Sweet Potato Dessert, Mango Mousse Dessert

4^th Lesson – Japanese Crispy Cream Puff.

5^th Lesson – Tuna Croissant, Custard Danish, Cheese Stick Danish

6^th Lesson – French Fruit Tart, Hokkaido Cheese Tart

7^th Lesson – Pizza Bun, Red Bean Bun, Chocolate Bun, Butter Milk Bun and Sausage Bun

8^th Lesson – Sardine Pie, Crispy Egg Tart and Apple Pie

9^th Lesson – Ciabatta Bread and French Loaf

10^th Lesson – Butter Raisin Loaf and Sandwich Loaf
